Two-stage gearboxes - RZD-250, RZD-350, RZD-400

Assignment

Cylindrical two-stage horizontal gearboxes of general machine-building application of types RTSD-250, RTSD-350, RTSD-400 are designed to increase torque and reduce speed.

Conditions of use:

• constant and variable load, single direction and reversible;
• working for long periods of time or with intermittent stops;
• rotation of the shafts in any direction;
• the input shaft speed must not exceed 1500 rpm;
• ambient temperature from minus 40°C to plus 50°C;
• climatic versions U, T (for placement category 1...4) according to GOST 15150-69.

Assembly options:

І - with shaft ends under couplings or
as part of a toothed coupling;
ІІ - with ends for couplings;
ІІІ - with hollow gearbox output shaft

Notes on assemblies of RDC gearbox sizes:

- gearboxes RTSD-250, RTSD-350 of assemblies 16, 26 as well as RTSD-250 with shaft ends due to gear coupling are not manufactured;
- RTSD-400 gearbox with hollow shafts, RTSD-350, RTSD-400 with output shaft in the form of gear coupling are produced only upon agreement with the manufacturer.
