At present. OOO IzhMSC Plant« manufactures this type of devices and is ready to offer contracts on favourable conditions for you, as well as gearmotors on the basis of imported engines, This significantly increases the service life of the gearbox worm gear.

Assignment

Universal single-stage worm gearboxes Ch-40, 1Ch-63, Ch-80, Ch-100, Ch-160 are designed to change torques and shaft speed as components in drives of machines, equipment and mechanisms.

Application conditions for worm gearboxes

• constant and variable load, single direction and reversible;
• operation with intermittent stops and continuous operation up to 24 hours a day;
• rotation of the shafts in any direction;
• input shaft speed not more than 1800 rpm;
• atmosphere of types I and II according to GOST 15150-69 at air dustiness not more than 10 mg/m3 ;
• climatic versions U,T for placement categories 1-3 and climatic versions UHL and O for placement categories 4 according to GOST 15150-69
